Postcard - Ketchup Chips

Millions of bags of ketchup chips are produced each year by Old Dutch (voted the best in taste tests), Frito-Lay, and other manufacturers, and they line the shelves of nearly every grocery store from coast to coast. They are especially popular in Manitoba for some reason. Their flavour— tomato and vinegar with a sweet, tangy finish—has been described as a “sweeter barbecue,” but it defies neat comparisons. The taste is a little weird, and only in Canada.
