The Jersey Milk chocolate bar was a beloved icon of Canadian confectionery. The name “Jersey” nodded to the rich milk of Jersey cows, and reinforced the brand’s identity as wholesome and creamy. Neilson, a Toronto-based dairy company, was the original manufacturer; new owner, Mondelez Canada, officially discontinued the 100-year-old Canadian brand in July 2025 due to low consumer demand.
